Ichthus Chislehurst is a congregation of Ichthus Christian

Fellowship. We are one of ten congregations which make

up one London church, but Ichthus has links all over the

UK and across the world! Our name simply reflects

the area in which we meet (for example we also have

Ichthus Forest Hill, Ichthus Lee Green and so on).

Leadership 

Ichthus Chislehurst is led by David Jacklin.

David has been in church leadership since 2011 after completing the

Ichthus Radical Network training course. David has been leading Ichthus

Chislehurst since 2014. David’s vision is to share the love of God with the

people of Chislehurst, make Jesus known, and encourage others to follow

and love Jesus.

Prior to serving in Christian ministry, David lectured in agriculture, in

Northumberland, before starting and running a commercial nursery in

Lincolnshire, growing bedding and ornamental plants, supplied to garden

centres, shops, and wholesalers. He sold the business in 2009 in order to

embark on The Ichthus Radical Network Training Course.

 

David is married to Ruth. They have a daughter and three grandsons.
